There are so many no’s out there, especially in this industry. It can be easy to let that get to you, if you don’t keep up your positivity!
I am a super positive person. I’m always smiling – and it’s genuine. I make a real effort to lift people up, encourage them and inspire them. After all, we are in the business of helping others feel better and succeed in life.
I love spreading positivity and I think it really makes a difference! I want to ask you to take a real quick moment and think about what small steps you can take to spread genuine positivity too.
1. Take the High Road
Sometimes we can let drama and stress bring us down, but we don’t have to let it.
Be nice to others. Be nice to yourself.
When in doubt, take whatever it is with a grain of salt and know that you are strong and powerful no matter what!
2. Focus on the Positive
Let’s find the happiness around us.
We’ve all heard that saying, “You don’t know what you’ve got til it’s gone.”
Well, it doesn’t have to be that way!
I cannot stress how important this is. Instead of focusing on what I don’t have, I focus on what I do have, and how grateful I am for everything positive in my life.
I look for the silver lining and I look for the good in people. It’s there, we just have to look for it!
3. Surround Yourself with Positivity
This might seem like a given, but it’s more in-depth than you might think. Yes we need to stay positive, and yes we need to surround ourselves with positivity, but doing so can actually create the positivity.
As I said in a previous blog, the people you surround yourself with are so important. The connections you make, and the support you receive, influence your own success and wellbeing.
The same goes for things! Surround yourself with things that really make you happy and create those positive vibes.
I enjoy good food, a glass of champagne every now and again, and shopping!
If they make you happy, you will inevitably spread even more happiness.
4. Dream Big
Let yourself go for it! Whatever it is that you’re passionate about and gets you going, go all in.
Bring your own sunshine. Positivity is bound to follow.
